What a beautifully written book! The book has been quite in vogue now and the title really got me intrigued. And after reading the book, I can confidently say that it does justice to the title. What I really liked was how towards the end of the book, the authors have compiled the main take away points into a section which can indeed act as a quick reference. The book emphasizes on one point and I believe that is the essence of this life itself: "in the end of the day, one should be happy and happy only. That's it. Nothing less, nothing more."

An amazing book that I highly recommend to everyone no matter the age.
