32. The 'Thank You' letter
You gifted my heart with a crown made out of barbed wire,
And a glowing outfit stitched out with nothing but burning fire.
You turned that poetry machine called my heart,
Into a stone incapable of love, not even a little part.
Yet with all these slashes and scars,
Along with the pain and pressure it has endured,
It bleeds words day and night,
Making a letter thanking you for keeping it away for a little while,
In the deep caverns of your soul,
Away from sight and away from any light.
